About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, compassionate leader to join our housekeeping team at Bon Secours Allen Hospital. In this role, you will assist in leading a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding.
Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal. This position is designed for those who are open-minded and ready to learn from both their manager and team members. While no prior housekeeping experience is required, a willingness to learn and a service-oriented mentality are essential.
