As an Assistant Coach for Men's Lacrosse, you will receive hands-on experience across all areas of program operations. This role offers meaningful responsibility and direct mentorship from the Head Coach, providing exposure to the full scope of NCAA Division III program management. You will work closely with student-athletes to foster a positive, inclusive team culture that emphasizes intentional training and holistic success.
The position is designed for individuals passionate about lacrosse who are ready to contribute to daily practice planning, on-field coaching, positional instruction, and game preparation. You will also play a key role in recruiting support and student-athlete development, guiding prospective student-athletes through the admissions process while supporting strength and conditioning coordination.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring approximately 30+ hours per week during the competitive season. The role demands flexibility, including evening and weekend availability. You will operate across multiple environments: an office setting with necessary tools, and on the lacrosse field in a variety of weather conditions. The role also involves significant travel, including away games, training trips, international trips, and recruiting showcases.
