The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach plays a vital role in operating a competitive NCAA Division III women's basketball program. This position is designed to foster a positive, growth-oriented culture centered on hard work, accountability, leadership, academic success, and service to the campus and local community. You will partner with the Head Coach to support the overall vision and daily operations of the program, ensuring student-athletes thrive both on and off the court.
In this role, you will help build a team environment that values personal growth and community engagement. You will serve as a mentor and role model, supporting the academic progress and well-being of student-athletes while representing the College professionally at all times. The position requires a commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and the mission of the College.
