The Role
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will serve as the captain of customer service at our Waukesha, WI location. In this role, you will take charge of Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions, providing coaching and supervision to ensure every customer experiences stellar service. You will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to empower and develop the branch team, focusing on retail sales, operations, and delivering top-notch customer service that meets and exceeds established goals.
