This position is designed for a strategic account manager dedicated to managing regional, super-regional, and national furniture accounts. You will serve as a key partner to C-level executives, vendor partners, and internal customers, ensuring exceptional service and driving growth for complex, high-touch accounts. The role requires a creative, solutions-oriented mindset to identify and resolve account support weaknesses by developing value-added solutions with internal teams. You will lead weekly Customer Ownership Team calls to address client needs and visit customer locations to close deals and introduce new products and service solutions. Success in this role demands self-discipline, a positive attitude, and the ability to coach and train team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
