Founded in 1978, D.R. Horton is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange and America's Builder. As a Fortune 500 company, we are engaged in the construction and sale of high-quality homes designed principally for the entry-level and first-time move-up markets. We also provide mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through our dedicated subsidiaries. We are growing fast and are looking for enthusiastic attitudes and team players to join our success.
The Design Coordinator is a pivotal role within our sales organization, serving as the creative bridge between our design vision and the homebuyer's experience. In this position, you will coordinate and oversee the interior and exterior color scheme selection and design for both model and inventory homes. You will be the primary point of contact for homebuyers, assisting them in navigating selection packages and explaining the value of upgrade options within their financial capacity.
Your day will involve managing the merchandising of new model homes, ensuring they remain pristine and reflect current design trends. You will work closely with sales teams to input specifications, manage vendor relationships, and handle substitutions when products are discontinued or delayed. This role requires a blend of creative eye and operational precision, as you will be responsible for generating accurate documentation and maintaining the visual integrity of our sales centers and model homes.
Come build your future with a winning team. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and comprehensive paid time off. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce where every team member can thrive.
D.R. Horton is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
