This position is designed for a strategic account manager who will manage accounts with regional, super-regional, and national footprints. You will serve as a key liaison between the company and C-level executives, vendor partners, and internal customers. The role requires a creative, solutions-oriented mindset to identify and resolve account support weaknesses by developing value-added solutions with internal teams. You will lead weekly Customer Ownership Team calls to collaborate with support members and address client needs, while also visiting customer locations to close furniture deals and introduce new products and service solutions. Success in this role involves developing and executing growth strategies for complex, high-touch accounts while maintaining a positive, vibrant attitude and professional demeanor at every level.
Candidates must reside in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, or Oklahoma to be considered for this position.
