BH Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm with a 32-year track record. We focus on value-add acquisitions in office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties (through our subsidiary Haven Housing) throughout the Western United States, alongside investments in distressed debt and ground leases. Our vertically integrated structure, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Riverside, Phoenix, Dallas, and San Diego, allows us to acquire and close transactions without lengthy due diligence periods. Our balance sheet enables us to move quickly and creatively, structuring acquisitions to satisfy seller needs in a highly competitive market. Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 11 million square feet across 18 states.
The Asset Manager will be primarily responsible for assisting in the operations of industrial assets and markets throughout Phoenix and Texas, as well as leading due-diligence efforts on future acquisitions. This role is designed for a candidate with a principal-based environment background and an investor acumen approach to maximizing cash flow and increasing value. You will have demonstrated experience managing property management and leasing teams.
This is a highly visible position, both internally and externally, requiring strong skills in leadership, management, and communication. You will work closely with third-party property managers, leasing agents, brokers, consultants, and attorneys to provide direction and oversight for business plans, annual budgets, and lease analysis. The role involves actively negotiating new leases and renewals, performing routine property inspections, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective tenants. Additionally, you will prepare portfolio reporting for senior management, negotiate third-party contracts, and oversee capital improvement strategies and construction management activities.
For immediate consideration, please submit your resume with salary requirements. Resumes submitted with salary requirements will be considered a priority.
We offer an excellent compensation package along with a chance to grow and develop with a well-capitalized, privately held, entrepreneurial investment group. We view this opportunity not just as a job, but as a career.
