About the Role
The Asset Manager will serve as a key leader in the operations of industrial assets and markets throughout Phoenix and Texas, while also driving due-diligence efforts for future acquisitions. This role is designed for a professional with a principal-based mindset and investor acumen, focused on maximizing cash flow and increasing asset value.
You will act as the primary point of contact for property management and leasing teams, requiring strong leadership and communication skills. The position is highly visible both internally and externally, demanding the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- verifiedBA/BS degree in finance, real estate or related field
- verified7-10+ years of commercial real estate asset management experience
