As a Team Member in the Culinary Innovation Center, you will play a vital role in preparing, assembling, and packaging the fine ingredients used in producing Wegmans Brand products. This role exists to ensure that every product meets our rigorous food safety and quality standards before it reaches our shelves.
If you have a passion for preparing quality meal items and enjoy working collaboratively with a team, this is the place for you. You will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, labeling containers, filling out log sheets, and performing quality checks. Success in this role requires maintaining open lines of communication with management and coworkers to effectively resolve issues and keep the operation running smoothly.
