As a Team Member in the Culinary Innovation Center, you will play a vital role in preparing, assembling, and packaging the fine ingredients used to produce Wegmans Brand products. This role exists to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets our rigorous food safety and quality standards. If you have a passion for preparing quality meal items and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, this is the place for you.
You will be responsible for producing and packaging products, operating necessary machinery, and maintaining clear communication with management and coworkers to resolve issues effectively.
