As an Operator, you will be the backbone of our production line, efficiently performing all tasks involved in manufacturing our products.
You will work in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility on an 8-hour shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. While the core schedule is set, the role offers the opportunity for voluntary overtime and may occasionally require additional hours to meet business demands.
Your day-to-day involves ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. You will adjust machine components, regulate flow and temperature, and perform changeovers to meet specific product specifications. A key part of your mission is maintaining high standards; you will inspect products for quality, remove non-conforming items, and monitor the line for malfunctions like jams or glue issues. Beyond operation, you will be responsible for basic maintenance, such as cleaning, oiling, and minor repairs, as well as packing finished goods according to customer shipping specifications. You will also play a role in training new operators, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
