As an Operator, you will be the backbone of our production line, ensuring our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility runs efficiently and safely.
You will work an 8-hour shift from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. While the core schedule is fixed, the role includes opportunities for voluntary overtime and may require additional hours during peak business cycles or high customer volume. You will be responsible for adjusting machine components, performing changeovers, and monitoring production flow to maintain strict quality and food safety standards. Beyond operating the machinery, you will assist in training new operators and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
The position is based in our climate-controlled facility. The plant floor is a dynamic environment subject to vibration, equipment noise, and moving mechanical parts. You may also encounter outside conditions, tight spaces, cleaning solvents, and heights. The role requires significant physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive motion for extended periods.
