About the Role
AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a premier manufacturer in Wichita, Kansas, recognized as one of the world's largest producers of aerostructures for commercial airplanes, defense platforms, and business/regional jets. With deep expertise in aluminum and advanced composite manufacturing, the company's core products include fuselages, integrated wings and wing components, pylons, and nacelles.
In this role, you will be the backbone of their production floor, assembling, installing, sealing, rigging, and inspecting structural and system components. You will interpret complex blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specifications to ensure every assembly meets rigorous quality standards. Your day will involve utilizing shop mathematics and precision measuring tools to build sub-assemblies and final assemblies, performing functional testing, and maintaining equipment to ensure compliance. Beyond your individual contributions, you will support continuous workflow by assisting and training team members, while working toward SIA qualification and cross-training in inspection processes.
