Our client is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This position plays a vital role in supporting advanced electronics within the aerospace and defense industry. The work takes place in a clean room production environment, requiring hands-on assembly, modification, and inspection of electromechanical components and subassemblies.
Success in this role demands precision and a strong attention to detail. You will follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to assemble parts, perform conformal coating masking and coating on small components, and inspect completed work to ensure strict conformance to specifications. The daily workflow involves operating in a clean room environment while maintaining high production standards, often utilizing fine tools such as brushes to coat detailed features with accuracy. The role also includes disassembling and modifying subassemblies as needed, with a significant portion of the shift spent working under slight magnification.

Prior conformal coating inspection experience. Experience with conformal coat masking and coating. Ability to work meticulously with masking tape and fine brushes. Experience with soldering or epoxy application. Familiarity with solder reflow ovens, pick-and-place machines, or automated measurement systems. IPC-A-610 and J-STD certifications. Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
