About the Role
Our client is seeking an Electrical Assembler to support the production of advanced electronic assemblies within a clean room manufacturing environment. This role is critical for ensuring the precision and quality of electromechanical and electronic subassemblies. As an assembler, you will work under magnification for extended periods, utilizing fine brushes and tools to coat small features with exacting standards. The position involves reading and interpreting complex schematics, blueprints, and process plans to guide assembly, modification, and inspection tasks. You will be responsible for performing conformal coating, masking, and basic soldering or rework as needed, all while maintaining a clean and organized workspace that adheres to strict production and quality standards.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with conformal coating inspection, masking, and application. Experience working in a clean room environment. Ability to work under magnification for the majority of the shift. Hand soldering experience. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD standards. Experience with production equipment such as reflow ovens or automated systems.
