About the Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store.
The selected individual will work at a store within a 10-mile radius of Store #723073, located at 3820 Rainier Ave S Ste G, Seattle, WA, 98118. This is a part-time role requiring bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Hiring Process

Step 3: In-Store Interview Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team, and top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.

Requirements
