About the Role
LTC Language Solutions is seeking an American Sign Language Scheduling Coordinator who is passionate about providing language access. This role is designed for someone with a professional background in American Sign Language (ASL) who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at juggling multiple tasks under pressure.
You will serve as the vital link between clients, vendors, and interpreters, ensuring seamless language access. The ideal candidate is eager to learn the inner workings of an interpreting agency, flexible in their approach, and dedicated to building strong relationships with both the deaf community and our interpreter network. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine organizational skills with a deep commitment to customer service and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified2+ years of education, training, or professional work with ASL and/or deaf community
- verified2+ years of customer experience focused on telephone customer service
- verifiedProficiency in MS Office suite
Nice to Have
1-2 years of professional interpretation experience, experience working with a language agency, a degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, and the ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
