At Riboli Family Wines, we've spent over a century perfecting our craft—and we're just getting started. As a four-generation, family-owned winery and one of America's fastest-growing wine producers, we create brands that people genuinely love, including Stella Rosa, Spritz Del Conte, San Simeon, and San Antonio. Recognized as American Winery of the Year, our drive stems not from awards, but from the joy our wines bring to tables, celebrations, and everyday moments. Rooted in California, we are committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation, honoring our heritage while shaping the future of winemaking.
This position serves as the strategic bridge between Riboli Family Wine & Spirits and the retail chain channel in the East Bay. You will manage the full portfolio's presence across target accounts, ensuring seamless distribution, cold box execution, and display compliance. Working closely with distributor partners, you will drive sales volume and market share by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Chain Field District Managers and Wine Managers.
Your day-to-day involves a dynamic blend of field execution and strategic planning. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent in the market collaborating with distributor personnel to navigate market conditions, execute programs, and conduct wine tastings. The remaining time is dedicated to administrative precision: analyzing sales data, setting monthly goals, and preparing reports for leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor to wholesalers, helping them meet their business needs and positioning Riboli as their preferred supplier.
Candidates must reside in the East Bay and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires a clean driving record (no DWI offenses) and adherence to all federal, state, and local laws governing the alcoholic beverage industry, including RBS certification. Applicants should be prepared to travel overnight as necessary to meet territory requirements and utilize a professional, late-model vehicle for business purposes.
At Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristic protected by law.
