About the Role
As an Area Manager for our Transportation Office, you will lead and optimize our transportation services to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our supply chain and customer satisfaction by leading a dynamic team to drive efficiency in logistics operations. You will be responsible for implementing the business plan for your area, setting goals, managing staffing, and coordinating workloads to meet facility goals in terms of production, quality, and safety. Your day-to-day will involve effectively communicating with diverse groups, including customers, suppliers, and associates, while supervising and developing team members through hiring, coaching, and evaluation.
