About the Role
We are seeking a confident, safety-oriented Area Manager with strong commercial instincts to complement our team in the Baton Rouge or New Orleans, Louisiana area. In this role, you will lead the area team in alignment with strategic objectives, driving long-term business strategy and growth. You will serve as a key partner to Branch Estimators and Project Managers, coordinating incoming opportunities and overseeing proposal strategy, including risk evaluation and pricing.
Beyond business development, you will provide leadership, coaching, and direction to direct reports to maximize individual and team effectiveness. You will ensure consistent leadership across the area, support talent development, and promote accountability with company values. A critical part of your day-to-day involves ensuring strict compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations, exercising stop-work authority when necessary, and managing operational, contractual, and financial risks to protect company interests.

Requirements
