About the Role
Integrity Technical Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $140,000. The ideal candidate will bring a "cradle-to-grave" approach to project management, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial planning and estimating through design, construction, and final close-out.
In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for clients, owners, and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, ensuring strict budget compliance, and coordinating the efforts of subcontractors and field staff. The position requires a deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, landscaping, and architectural plans, utilizing them to drive project success while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
