This position serves as a strategic partner to Area Leaders, bridging the gap between business objectives and human capital strategy. The role exists to drive a positive work environment while managing complex employee relations and labor issues in a dynamic, labor-intensive industry. You will be the primary HR expert embedded within the area, ensuring that organizational structures and talent plans align with business goals.
In this role, you will lead the local HR team, coaching other people leaders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex investigations, advising on risk management, and implementing change management strategies for business events. You will also facilitate action plans derived from employee surveys to enhance the associate experience.
This is a field-based role requiring significant mobility. You will operate out of one of the markets within the area you support, spending time in inside office environments, warehouse settings, and domiciles. The position requires 50% travel to these locations and events to ensure consistent support and presence across the region.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record in good standing to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.
