This position serves as a strategic partner to Area Leaders, driving business strategy through deep expertise in human resources, employee relations, and labor dynamics. The role exists to ensure the area's operational success by aligning HR initiatives with broader business objectives, managing complex workforce challenges, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
You will lead the HR team for the area, coaching other people leaders while navigating a dynamic environment that spans office settings, warehouse floors, and domiciles. A significant portion of your time will be spent traveling (50%) to various sites to engage directly with associates, observe operations, and support critical business events. This role is critical for translating HR strategy into actionable plans that improve team performance, manage risk, and enhance the associate experience across a labor-intensive industry.
