Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor store performance, staffing, facilities, and financial outcomes
- check_circleCollaborate with General Managers on operations and employee development
- check_circleAnalyze P&L reports to create sales and development strategies
- check_circleMaintain regular communication with recruiting for staffing and retention
- check_circleDrive membership growth initiatives to meet budgeted goals
- check_circleApprove weekly work schedules, payroll, and purchasing invoices

Requirements
