The Director of Sales Adhesive Technologies (Retail Sales - Lowe's) serves as the strategic leader for Henkel ACA's Lowe's business. As a member of the North American Commercial Leadership Team, you will shape enterprise commercial strategy and influence cross-functional priorities. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on challenging the status quo, balancing long-term strategic planning with disciplined operational execution in a complex, highly cross-merchandised retail environment.
You will drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion while strengthening executive-level customer relationships. Your day-to-day involves leading annual Joint Business Planning processes, negotiating key strategic initiatives, and acting as Henkel's subject-matter expert on the Home Improvement channel. You will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams to ensure aligned execution and represent the Lowe's business in SBU strategic planning discussions.
