Your day will involve actively engaging with customers to provide product knowledge and suggestions, ensuring they feel welcome throughout the store. You will be responsible for labeling, stocking, and maintaining department merchandise, keeping displays fully conditioned according to department standards. Additionally, you will stay current with seasonal and special ads to promote sales through intercom announcements and creative merchandising.
Safety and compliance are paramount. You will observe scheduled shift hours, adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil codes, and practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment. You will also serve as a key observer for safety risks, reporting any unsafe conditions, accidents, or illegal activities to management immediately.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to meet the minimum physical demands of the position. A knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction) is required. While a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in a second language are desired, we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
