We are seeking an Apartment Manager to join our Facilities team in Seattle. In this temporary, part-time capacity (20 hours/week), you will oversee the administrative operations of a 25-unit low-income apartment building. Your work is vital to maintaining a welcoming community where residents can thrive. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tenant relations, ensuring complaints are addressed promptly and professionally while fostering positive relationships. From managing vacancies and screening applicants to handling rent collection and compliance with Tax Credit Housing regulations, you will ensure the property operates smoothly and safely.
