As a key member of our Senior Living leadership team, the Executive Director plays a pivotal role in advancing this mission across the community they manage.
The Executive Director serves as the primary leader for a specific HSL community, responsible for the holistic success of the organization's operations. This role is not merely administrative; it is a strategic partnership that balances financial stewardship with the deep human connections required in senior living. You will be the face of the community, ensuring that the environment is vibrant, safe, and aligned with HSL's core values.
In this position, you will drive the community's strategic and tactical direction, optimizing performance while cultivating a positive atmosphere for residents, families, and staff. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing financial health through rigorous budgeting and capital planning, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will act as a bridge between the community and HSL's central leadership, ensuring alignment with the R3 Program and organizational goals while building strong relationships with local government, vendors, and the broader community.
