This role serves as a critical component of our quality control laboratory within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The Analytical Chemist is responsible for performing and supporting the testing of raw materials, in-process samples, final products, and critical utilities to ensure timely and compliant product release. Beyond routine testing, the chemist plays a key role in method validation and transfer, maintaining rigorous laboratory documentation under GMP standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN and 5S.
The position requires a blend of technical precision and collaborative problem-solving. You will act as a technical resource within the department, supporting investigations by interpreting data and contributing to root cause analysis. The role emphasizes the maintenance of an efficient, organized, and safe laboratory environment while ensuring that commercial manufacturing activities are not impacted by testing delays.
