About the Role
Based in Winston-Salem, NC, this position serves as a critical quality gatekeeper within our laboratory operations. You will be responsible for applying GMP, GLP, and ISO 17025 compliance standards to ensure the highest quality in all areas of responsibility. The role involves conducting comprehensive data reviews for a wide array of analytical methods, including single and double analyte chromatography (GCMS, HVGC, LC), smoke data, inorganics, wet chemistry, and microbiology assays.
In this capacity, you will not only assess analytical data for accuracy and compliance but also collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and analysts to maintain proper documentation. You will utilize current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to perform real-time documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Beyond data review, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes by developing and editing work instructions and SOPs, leading capacity metrics, and managing hot studies. This role requires a blend of technical precision and strong communication skills to effectively report on production, accomplishments, and challenges to management and clients.
