About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic partner within the healthcare finance division, providing advanced financial analysis, reporting, and insights that directly influence organizational performance. This role operates with a high degree of independence and collaborates with leaders across the system to evaluate performance, support long-range planning, and optimize the use of financial resources.
In this position, you will develop complex financial models, interpret trends, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. You will drive process improvements and ensure alignment between financial operations and organizational goals in support of high-quality patient care and responsible financial stewardship. The role requires strong communication and executive presentation abilities, as well as the capacity to serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems and reporting tools while mentoring other analysts.
