The Investment Management Development Program is a two-year rotational journey designed to build deep expertise in investment management. Participants will complete four rotations within Vanguard's Investment Management division, gaining in-depth experience across Fixed Income, Global Equity, Quantitative and Strategic Equity, Investment Strategy, Portfolio Review, and Investment Management and Finance Risk.
This program is more than a series of assignments; it is a comprehensive development path. You will build a profound understanding of Vanguard's investment philosophy, master our products and services, and enhance your technical skills. The goal is to cultivate a broad understanding of Vanguard's divisions and strategies while developing a deep specialization within the Investment Management Group (IMG).
In this role, you will navigate the investment management landscape by building a comprehensive network of contacts to leverage for assigned tasks. You will collect and analyze investment data from internal and external sources, drawing inferences and presenting findings in clear, concise formats.
You will take ownership of your professional development, participating in program-initiated meetings, attending all required training sessions, and maintaining a personal plan to track your accomplishments. As you work with various stakeholders to determine scope, gather requirements, and implement solutions, you will demonstrate accountability by accepting ownership throughout the problem resolution process. Your work will directly support the long-term financial wellbeing of our clients, aligning with Vanguard's mission to lead through products and services that transform lives.

The start date for this program is August 2027. Please note that Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
