This role serves as a seasoned professional dedicated to conducting accurate research and identifying donor prospects capable of making major gifts. The position exists to bridge the gap between data and strategy, working closely with frontline fundraisers to manage portfolios and develop targeted approaches. You will professionally assess a person's overall capacity and inclination to philanthropically support Memorial Hermann, confidently articulating these insights to drive strategic actions.
In this position, you will stay abreast of researched data and anecdotal information to draw meaningful connections between Memorial Hermann and donor prospects. Your day-to-day involves manipulating and analyzing data from various sources to achieve fundraising goals, including working lists through wealth screenings, creating methods to monitor donor behavior, and implementing strategies for maintaining data integrity in Raiser's Edge. A positive attitude that embraces challenges is fundamental to success in this fast-paced environment.
