About the Role

This position serves as a strategic partner to frontline fundraisers, dedicated to identifying donor prospects capable of making major gifts to Memorial Hermann. The successful candidate will professionally assess a person's overall capacity and inclination to philanthropically support the organization, confidently articulating these insights to drive fundraising strategies.

In this role, you will work closely with the fundraising team to manage portfolios and develop targeted strategies for donor prospects. You will stay abreast of researched data and anecdotal information to draw meaningful connections between Memorial Hermann and potential donors. Your work will involve collaborating with fundraisers to identify strategic actions that move prospects through the pipeline, while also manipulating and analyzing data from various sources to achieve fundraising goals. This includes executing wealth screenings, creating methods to monitor and track donor behavior, and implementing processes to maintain data integrity within Raiser's Edge.
