The Office of University Advancement and External Relations at Texas A&M University–San Antonio drives the institution's growth through strategic fundraising and community engagement. This team supports the university and the A&M-San Antonio Foundation by fostering relationships with donors, alumni, and partners to advance the well-being and prosperity of our communities.
The Advancement Services Manager provides strategic oversight and leads daily operations to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of donor and gift data. Serving as the primary liaison between Advancement, the Foundation, and the Division of Finance and Administration, this role is critical for maintaining accurate financial reporting and compliance. The position involves managing the full lifecycle of gift processing, from receipting and acknowledgements to reconciliation, while supervising the Advancement Services Coordinator. Success in this role requires a commitment to continuous improvement, high-level data accuracy, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment to support the university's mission.
