At Memorial Hermann, we pursue a common goal of delivering high quality, efficient care while creating exceptional experiences for every member of our community. When we say every member of our community, that includes our employees. We know that when our employees feel cared for, heard and valued, they are inspired to create moments that exceed expectations, while prioritizing safety, compassion, personalization and efficiency. If you want to advance your career and contribute to our vision of creating healthier communities, now and for generations to come, we want you to be a part of our team.
This role is designed for a seasoned professional who will bring leadership, insights, and innovation to prospect management and research. You will serve as a strategic partner to frontline fundraisers, working closely to manage portfolios and develop targeted strategies for donor prospects. Your day-to-day involves professionally assessing a person's capacity and inclination to support Memorial Hermann, then confidently articulating those insights to the fundraising team. You will stay abreast of researched data and anecdotal information to draw meaningful connections between the organization and potential donors, identifying strategic actions to move prospects through their journey.
Beyond research, you will be expected to manipulate and analyze data from various sources to achieve fundraising goals. This includes working lists through wealth screenings, creating methods to monitor and track donor behavior, and implementing robust processes for maintaining data integrity within our systems. A positive attitude that embraces challenges is fundamental to this role, as you navigate a fast-paced environment to support the organization's mission.
We are committed to ethical and confidential use of donor and prospect information, consistent with the standards of Memorial Hermann and the Foundation. As part of our culture, you will also promote individual professional growth, serve as a mentor to less experienced staff, and demonstrate a commitment to creating compassionate and personalized experiences for every member of our community.
Memorial Hermann is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
