About the Role
This 0.8 FTE Registered Nurse position delivers safe, high-quality clinical care within a primary care setting located directly inside a school building. As part of the NCH School Based Health Centers, you will play a vital role in providing primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents.
You will collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team consisting of a Nurse Practitioner and other supportive staff. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work comfortably in a compact space, and responsibility for the safe ordering, handling, and transport of clinical items. Your work ensures accessible, convenient care for students and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention to help patients move through their care episodes safely and effectively.

Nationwide Children's Hospital is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (must complete within 5 years); Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; and Three years of pediatric clinical experience (preferred).
