About the Role
We are seeking a determined Alarm Service Technician II who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is a hands-on role where you will play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships. Your day will entail visiting customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment. Beyond technical execution, you will conduct thorough walkthroughs to ensure systems meet customer needs, provide system demonstrations, and offer recommendations to improve functionality. You will be the face of Brinks Home, ensuring customer satisfaction through clean workspaces and professional interactions.

Requirements
