About the Role
As an Alarm Service Technician II, you will embody our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is a hands-on role where you play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships. Your day will entail visiting customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment. You will conduct thorough walkthroughs to ensure systems meet customer needs, provide system demonstrations, and identify opportunities to improve functionality. Beyond technical execution, you will maintain safety practices and ensure a clean, organized workspace to guarantee customer satisfaction after every interaction.

Requirements
