About the Role
As an Alarm Service Technician II, you will embody our core values of Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is a hands-on role where you play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships. Your day will involve visiting customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment. You will conduct thorough walkthroughs to ensure systems meet customer needs, provide education and training on system operations, and identify opportunities to improve functionality. Beyond the technical work, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure customer satisfaction after every interaction.

Requirements
