About the Role

The Alarm Service Technician II is a hands-on role designed for a determined individual who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. You will play an integral role in building and maintaining customer relationships by visiting customer sites throughout the workday to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment.

Your day involves more than just technical installation; it is about ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. You will conduct thorough walkthroughs and site evaluations to review work orders, ensuring the system meets the customer's specific needs and expectations. A key part of your mission is customer education, where you will provide system demonstrations and training to empower homeowners. You will also identify opportunities to improve the use and functionality of their systems, offering recommendations that enhance their security experience. Throughout the process, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the customer leaves with a positive impression of our service.
