About the Role
We are seeking a determined Alarm Service Technician II who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is a hands-on role where you will play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships. Your day will entail visiting customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment. You will conduct thorough walkthroughs and site evaluations to ensure systems meet customer needs, provide system demonstrations, and offer recommendations to improve functionality. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for educating customers and ensuring a clean, organized workspace that leaves them satisfied after every interaction.

Requirements
