About the Role
As an Alarm Service Technician II, you will embody our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is a hands-on role where you play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships. Your day will involve visiting customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment. You will conduct thorough walkthroughs to ensure systems meet customer needs, provide system demonstrations, and offer recommendations to improve functionality. Success in this role requires a commitment to safety, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction after every interaction.
