About the Role
We are seeking a determined Alarm Service Technician II who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is a hands-on role where you will play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships. Your day will involve visiting customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment. You will not only ensure systems are functioning correctly but also educate customers on their new security setups, conducting thorough walkthroughs to ensure their needs and expectations are met. You will be the face of Brinks Home, ensuring every interaction leaves the customer satisfied with a clean, organized workspace and a system that provides peace of mind.
