About the Role
As an Alarm Service Technician II, you will embody our core values of Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is a hands-on role where you play an integral part in building and maintaining customer relationships. Your day will entail visiting customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment. You will conduct thorough walkthroughs and site evaluations to ensure systems meet customer needs, followed by system demonstrations to educate and train homeowners. Beyond technical installation and testing, you will identify opportunities to improve system functionality and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure customer satisfaction after every interaction.

Requirements
