About the Role

As an Airport Wheelchair Agent in Tampa, you will be the vital link ensuring a seamless and dignified experience for passengers requiring assistance at all stages of their journey, from the curb side to the aircraft. This role is about more than just mobility; it is about delivering a professional customer experience with compassion and care.

In this position, you will push wheelchairs, assist passengers with transporting and checking in or claiming baggage, and help them navigate the aircraft, including moving up or down stairs and transferring in and out of wheelchairs. You will also manage the logistics of gathering wheelchairs from the concourse and returning them to the staging area. Your work requires adhering to strict safety procedures and policies, performing duties in a safe and secure manner, and immediately reporting any safety or security incidents in line with our Fair and Just Culture Policy.
