As a Prospect Wheelchair Agent, you will be the vital link between the curb side and the aircraft, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience for passengers requiring assistance at all stages of their journey. This role is about more than just mobility; it is about making travelers feel safe, supported, and valued during their time with us.
Candidates selected for this position will be expected to obtain all credentials required as per airport, state, or customs requirements. The role operates on an A.M. shift schedule, including rotating hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to support airport operations.
