About the Role
We are seeking individuals to join our growing team who are passionate, have integrity, and possess empathy for how their words and decisions affect our employees, customers, and partners. As a Prospect Wheelchair Agent, you will be the vital link between the curb side and the aircraft, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience for passengers requiring assistance at all stages of their journey. This role is about more than just mobility; it is about making travelers feel safe, supported, and valued during their time with us.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position will be expected to obtain all credentials required as per airport, state, or customs requirements. The role operates on an A.M. shift schedule, including rotating hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to support airport operations.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePush wheelchairs for passengers requiring assistance at the airport
- check_circleAssist passengers with transporting and checking in or claiming baggage
- check_circleLift and assist passengers up or down aircraft stairs and in or out of wheelchairs
- check_circleGather wheelchairs from the concourse and return them to the staging area
- check_circleAdhere to all safety procedures and company operational standards
- check_circleReport safety and security incidents and potential hazards immediately
