The Station Manager at Boise Airport is responsible for the oversight and coordination of exciting day-to-day airport operations. This role exists to ensure the safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operational and financial performance of the station. You will build partnerships with customers and set the example for the delivery of exceptional customer service while leading team members in achieving operational and financial objectives.
In this position, you will work in a dynamic shift bid environment, requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The role involves being alert to moving vehicles or aircraft, using radio equipment, and enjoying the outdoors daily regardless of weather conditions such as sun, rain, sleet, or snow. You will also be exposed to jet and machinery noises, fumes, dirt, and dust for extended periods.
