About the Role

As a Driver, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for safely transporting passengers from their door of origin to their destination. This role is more than just driving; it requires a professional, courteous, and caring approach to every interaction with passengers and the general public.

Your day will involve a blend of field work and administrative duties. You will spend the majority of your time on the road, navigating the Rochester, Minnesota area with strong map-reading skills and local geographic knowledge. A significant part of your shift will be dedicated to assisting passengers in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort. You will also perform daily vehicle inspections and post-trip checks to maintain our fleet's safety standards, as well as keeping the vehicle interior clean and ready for the next rider.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Minnesota State driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years. The selection process includes:

Passing a pre-employment driving test.
Passing a pre-employment substance abuse test and agreeing to abide by the company's Substance Abuse Policy, including random drug testing.
Successfully completing 24 hours of mandatory employer training upon hire. This training covers First Aid/CPR, Smith System Defensive Driving, Passenger Assistance Techniques, and Diversity Training.
Obtaining a Class B Passenger Endorsement Permit.
